Andy Seth is the Founder and CEO of Apprentix. He has bootstrapped and sold 4 businesses, is a #1 bestselling author, and has run apprenticeships in his own companies for over a decade. His firsthand experience of growing up in a Los Angeles motel gives him a deep understanding of the need to be taught real-world skills. He became an apprentice as a pre-teen which sparked his entrepreneurial spirit while earning full-ride scholarships to Culver Military Academy and Boston College.
For over a decade, Andy has run apprenticeships in his own companies and experienced the bureaucracy first-hand. He hired a master programmer and became his apprentice, and the project he worked on became the first version of the Apprentix tech platform. Every line of code has Andy's knowledge and experience written into the DNA of the software.
In 2023, when the Inflation Reduction Act created new mandates for apprenticeships, Apprentix was ready.
