Jamie Conner is a nationally experienced beauty industry educator, trainer, speaker, and career strategist focused on helping beauty professionals turn technical ability into long-term career success.
As a Senior Field Trainer with European Wax Center, Jamie works across markets developing beauty professionals, trainers, and leaders while helping translate education into stronger guest experiences, professional performance, and business results. Her experience includes facilitating education, coaching professionals at different stages of their careers, developing trainers, contributing to certification and learning initiatives, and supporting programs designed to strengthen how beauty professionals learn, communicate, perform, and grow.
Working across markets has given Jamie a unique perspective on what separates professionals who receive similar technical training but go on to build very different careers. Through years of observing consultations, coaching professionals, developing educators, and working alongside beauty-industry leaders, she has seen how communication, confidence, trust, reputation, guest psychology, leadership, and business mindset can influence career growth just as much as technical ability.
Jamie is particularly interested in the relationship between competence and confidence and how talented professionals can unintentionally limit their visibility, influence, opportunities, and career growth when they struggle to recognize or communicate the value they bring.
