John Sansoucie is the Chairman and CEO of CogNet, bringing more than 27 years of experience across Third-Party Administration (TPA), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and Professional Employer Organizations (PEO).
He began the CogNet journey in 2004, establishing global service operations in India and building a scalable offshore delivery model focused on supporting HR outsourcing businesses. Over the course of his career, John has successfully implemented and led multiple global service platforms, with a deep focus on operational efficiency, process execution, and workforce scalability.
Prior to founding CogNet, John held several senior executive roles within leading HR outsourcing organizations—including Chief Financial Officer at Cloudmills, PeopleStrategy, and US Personnel, as well as Vice President of Finance and Product Management at Advantec. He also served as Group Controller for a division of Dun & Bradstreet.
John holds a degree in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
