Board-Certified Physician | Men's Health & Longevity Expert
Helping men build energy, resilience, and purpose through a holistic, science-driven approach to longevity and performance.
ABOUT
My mission is to help men rebuild strength, energy, purpose, and long-term vitality in a world that steadily wears them down.
I take a performance-driven, evidence-based, and holistic approach to men's health; addressing physiology, metabolism, mindset, and lifestyle. My goal is to help men operate at a high level through every stage and season of life.
This work goes beyond clinics, protocols, and lab values. It's about restoring resilience, clarity, and personal agency so men can show up stronger at home, at work, and in their own bodies.
Dr. B. Stephen Sanders is a board-certified family medicine physician and founder of Whole Men's Health, dedicated to helping men restore strength, energy, and purpose in a world that quietly erodes all three.
In his late 30s, despite being a physician, Dr. Sanders found himself exhausted, burned out, and disconnected from the man he knew he was capable of being. He refused to accept decline as "normal." By rebuilding his own health through hormone optimization, disciplined training, nutrition, and lifestyle redesign, he experienced firsthand what most men are never taught: vitality, clarity, and drive can be rebuilt.
That personal transformation became his mission.
As a husband and father of three sons and a daughter, Dr. Sanders is driven by a commitment to model strength, discipline, and presence for the next generation. His work is rooted in the belief that when men take responsibility for their health, they become better husbands, fathers, leaders, and contributors to their communities.
With over 15 years of clinical leadership, Dr. Sanders now leads a nationwide team delivering personalized, evidence-based men's health care. He lives the high-performance lifestyle he teaches and empowers men to reclaim ownership of their bodies, their energy, and the lives they're meant to lead.
