Transforming the landscape of mental health through the power of cyclical breathwork and energy medicine.

A Healer's Journey

Vivian Rosenthal is a visionary architect of sacred spaces, an entrepreneur, and the pioneering founder of Frequency Breathwork—the #1 clinically proven breathwork practice transforming mental health through cyclical breathwork. A certified breathwork facilitator, KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and MAPS-trained space holder, Vivian is the co-founder of both Frequency Breathwork and Diamond Rose Sanctuary, her immersive nature-based retreat center on a wetlands preserve in Connecticut.

With degrees from Brown University (BA) and Columbia University (Master of Architecture), her thesis explored how immersive environments shape consciousness—later inspiring the creation of Frequency, a geodesic dome and healing space in Manhattan where breathwork, sound, and sacred geometry converge for collective transformation. Featured on The Today Show with Hoda and leading groundbreaking research as part of the first cyclical breathwork study proven to reduce PTSD in veterans, Vivian has established herself as a sought-after guide for deeply therapeutic and psychedelic breathwork journeys.

Over the last decade, she has personally guided more than 10,000 people through transformative sessions to create profound shifts in consciousness and healing—reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD while empowering individuals to reclaim their sovereignty over their own health and become their own healer.

Previously, she co-founded Snaps and Laava and ran an incubator for Google.
